护理标识在手术室管理中的应用

Application of nursing marks in operation room management

目的:探讨护理标识制度在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:2013年3月-2014年3月手术室择期接受手术治疗的患者128例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例,均接受常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上根据患者的病情、手术部位、用药特点、输液管道、手术间和器械需求,利用不同颜色进行标签标识管理,比较两组患者的护理质量评分、医生和患者满意度、护理风险事件差异。结果:观察组在物品准备、无菌操作、无菌物品管理和护理文书书写等方面评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),医生对两组的护理质量总满意度分别为94.1%和76.5%,患者对两组的护理质量总满意度分别为92.2%和75.0%,观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理总差错率6.3%,对照组总差错率23.4%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理标识有助于提高手术室护理管理的效率,提高医生和患者的满意度,并有助于降低护理风险事件的发生,值得在手术室护理管理中加以应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing label system in the nursing management of operation room.Methods: 128 patients who had accepted elective operation treatment in operation room were selected from March 2013 to March2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 64 cases in each.All patients received routine nursing measures.On the basis of this,we used the different colors to do label management for the observation group according to the patient’s illness,operation site,medication characteristics,infusion pipelines,operation room and equipment demand.We compared the quality of care scores,the doctor and patient satisfaction,nursing risk events differences of two groups patients.Results:The score of the preparation of articles,aseptic operation,sterile items management and nursing document writing and other aspects of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality total satisfaction of the two groups for the doctor was 94.1% and 76.5% respectively;the nursing quality total satisfaction of the two groups for the patients was 92.2% and 75% respectively;the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing error rate of the observation group was 6.3%;the total error rate of the control group was 23.4%;the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing marks can help to improve the efficiency of nursing management in the operation room, improve the doctors and patients’ satisfaction,and help to reduce nursing risk events,so it is worth to be applied in nursing management in operation room.
