摘要
本文通过调查县、乡、村基层医院护理队伍现状,分析基层护理队伍存在的问题及根源,特别在提高护士待遇、储备人力、制订培训计划、培养护士的职业成就感,稳定护理队伍等方面做了一些尝试和探讨,从而找出一些解决问题的方法和措施。基层医院护理队伍现状仍不容乐观,呼吁各级政府、卫生行政部门加大对基层护理队伍的管理和重视,改变现存状况,使基层医院护理队伍走上一个健康正确的发展轨道,确保基层百姓的医疗质量。
In this paper,the author investigated the current situation and countermeasures of nursing staff in primary hospital,and analyzed the problems and causes of the base nursing team through the investigation of county,township,village grass-roots hospital nursing team's current situation,especially in improving the nurses treatment,reserve of human,make training plan,training nurses occupation sense of achievement,stabilize the nursing team and so on did some attempt and explore,in order to find out some solutions and measures. The current status of nursing staff in basic hospitals was still not optimistic.We appealed to the health administrative departments at all levels of government,to increase the nursing team of basic level management and attention,so that the existing situation could changed,and the nursing team of basic level hospital embarked on a correct and healthy development track,to ensure the medical quality of the local people.
