2010-2013年荔湾区儿童传染病发病情况分析

Analysis of the incidence of children infectious diseases in Liwan district from 2010 to 2013

目的:了解荔湾区4年间0~14岁儿童传染病发病趋势和流行特点,为儿童传染病防治工作提供防御措施。方法:对传染病网络直报系统0~14岁儿童传染病疫情资料进行统计,对报告的传染病进行分类,采用描述性分析方法从疾病构成、性别和年龄进行统计分析。结果:荔湾区2010-2013年0~14岁儿童传染病共发生22种。其中甲类传染病0,乙类传染病累计315例,丙类传染病12 592例。发生例数排名前4位的种类分别是手足口病、水痘、流行性腮腺炎和流行性感冒。手足口病发病率4年位居第一,且有逐年上升趋势。结论:做好荔湾区儿童传染病的防治工作,应加大以密切接触为传染途径的传染病预防宣传力度,手足口病、水痘、流行性腮腺炎、流行性感冒是防治重点,提高预防水痘、流行性腮腺炎和流感疫苗的接种率,对降低儿童传染病发病率及死亡率有着重要意义。

Objective:To understand the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases among 0~14years old children at Liwan district in recent four years,in order to provid defense measures for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in children.Methods:Statistics the infectious disease epidemic data in 0~14 years old children from direct network reporting system for infectious diseases,then classify those reported infectious disease,and statistically analyzed the disease constitution,sex and age using descriptive analysis method.Results:There had a total of 22 kinds of infectious diseases among 0~14 years old children in Liwan district from 2010 to 2013 years.No category A infectious disease occurred;a total of315 cases were category B infectious diseases;12 592 cases of class C infectious diseases.The top 4 amount of infectious diseases were hand foot and mouth disease,varicella,mumps and influenza.The incidence of hand foot and mouth disease at first place last for 4 years,and there is a rising trend year by year.Conclusion:In order to make a good disease prevention and control work on children’s infectious in Liwan district,we should increase the propaganda of prevention on infectious disease that infected with close contact ways.The focus of prevention are hand foot and mouth disease,varicella,mumps and influenza.To improve the vaccination rates of vaccination varicella,mumps and influenza has an important significance for reducing the incidence of infectious disease and the mortality rate of children.
