桂哌齐特不良反应的流行病学特征研究

Study on epidemiological characteristics of adverse reactions of cinepazide

目的:探讨桂哌齐特不良反应的流行病学特征,以为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:以桂哌齐特、不良反应、流行病学特征等为关键词检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库2011-2014年所有中文文献,收集桂哌齐特不良反应文献及病例,对患者不良反应、临床表现、治疗措施等资料进行回顾性分析。结果:桂哌齐特不良反应研究文献14篇,纳入病例40例。不良反应:血液系统16例(40%)、呼吸系统14例(35%)、神经系统10例(25%)。经停药及对症治疗后均好转。结论:桂哌齐特用药不当容易引发血液系统、呼吸系统、神经系统不良反应,临床用药时应严格注意用药剂量并观察患者临床表现,以提高患者临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics of adverse reactions of cinepazide,to provide scientific basis for clinical rational use.Methods:We searched all Chinese literature in China journal full text database(CNKI),Wanfang database from 2011 to 2014,collected cinepazide adverse reaction of literature and cases,adverse reactions,clinical manifestation,treatment measures were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Cinepazide adverse effects were in 14 references,included in 40 cases.Adverse reactions:16 cases(40%) of blood system,14 cases(35%) of respiratory tract,10 cases(25%) of nervous system.After drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment,all patients were improved.Conclusion:Improper use of cinepazide was easily triggered the blood system,respiratory system,nervous system adverse reactions,in clinical medicine,we should pay strict attention to the clinical manifestations of drug dosage and the patients were observed, in order to improve the clinical treatment effect.
