经支气管镜下注射顺铂治疗肺癌疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of injection of cisplatin under the bronchoscope in the treatment of lung cancer

目的:观察经支气管镜下注射抗癌药物顺铂以缓解气道阻塞,治疗晚期肺癌的疗效。方法:收治晚期肺癌患者94例,随机分为观察组50例和对照组44例。观察组用奥林巴斯BF-1T-260电子支气管镜和配套的NM-3K型针注射顺铂40~60 mg到肿瘤中央及外周。非小细胞肺癌给予GP方案治疗,小细胞肺癌给予EP方案常规化疗。根据病理类型对照组采用EP或EP方案全身化疗。结果:观察组总有效率92%,相比对照组43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管镜局部注射化疗可以迅速使肿瘤缩小或消失,缓解肿瘤引起的阻塞性肺炎、肺不张和呼吸困难等呼吸道阻塞。因此,该方法是一种简单易行而经济的方法。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of injection of anticarcinogen cisplatin under the bronchoscope to relieve the airway obstruction in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:94 patients with lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group in 50 cases and the control group of 44 cases.The observation group were given Olympus BF-1T-260 electronic bronchoscope and injection of cisplatin 40~60 mg with matched NM-3 k needle to the central and peripheral tumor.The non small cell lung cancer was given GP scheme treatment,and the small cell lung cancer was given EP scheme conventional chemotherapy.According to the pathological type of patients in the control group,they were treated with EP or EP scheme systemic chemotherapy.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92%,which was compared with 43% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchoscopy partial injection chemotherapy can rapidly cause tumors to shrink or disappear,relieves obstructive pneumonia,pulmonary atelectasis and dyspnea and other respiratory tract obstructions caused by tumour.Therefore the method is a simple and economic method.
