长春瑞滨联合同步三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of navelbine combined with synchronous three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer

目的:观察长春瑞滨与同步三维适形放疗联合治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性和安全性。方法:2010年5月-2013年9月收治局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者136例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各68例,对照组给予长春瑞滨化疗,试验组在长春瑞滨化疗的基础上联合三维适形放疗。结果:试验组和对照组的平均随访期12.2个月,OS分别为17.2个月和15.7个月[HR0.975(95%CI 0.655,1.451;P=0.475)],PFS分别为8.7个月和7.7个月[HR0.927(95%CI0.65,1.292;P=0.292)],反应时间分别为7.6个月和6.4个月(P=0.372)。结论:长春瑞滨与同步三维适形放疗联合在治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者方面具有明显的优势。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of navelbine combined with synchronous three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods:136 patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer were selected from May 2010 to September 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 68 cases in each.The control group were given navelbine chemotherapy,and the experimental group were given combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy on the basis of navelbine.Results:The average follow-up period of the experimental group and the control group was 12.2 months.OS were respectively 17.2 months and 15.7 months[HR0.975(95% CI 0.655,1.451;P=0.475)];PFS were respectively 8.7 months and 7.7 months[HR0.927(95% CI 0.65,1.292;P=0.292)].The response times were respectively 7.6 months and 6.4 months(P=0.372).Conclusion:Navelbine combined with synchronous three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer have obvious advantage.
