急诊内镜下套扎术联合组织胶注射治疗Dieulafoy病变出血19例的应用体会

Application experience of emergency endoscopic band ligation combined with tissue adhesive injection treatment of Dieulafoy lesions hemorrhage in 19 cases

目的:评价经内镜下皮圈套扎(EBL)联合组织胶注射治疗Dieulafoy病变出血的临床效果及安全性。方法:收治Dieulafoy病变出血患者19例,采用EBL联合组织胶注射治疗。结果:19例Dieulafoy病变出血的患者全部套扎成功,对套扎后形成的假瘤体内注射组织胶,均获成功,止血率100.00%。住院7~10 d,无一例再出血,转外科手术率0。随访18个月,无一例出现上消化道出血,长期止血率100%。结论:EBL联合组织胶注射是一种治疗Dieulafoy病变出血的全新、安全和有效的方法。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic band ligation(EBL) combined with tissue adhesive injection treatment of Dieulafoy lesions hemorrhage.Methods:19 patients with Dieulafoy lesions hemorrhage were selected.They were given EBL combined with tissue adhesive injection treatment.Results:The ligation of 19 patients with Dieulafoy lesions hemorrhage were all success.The formative false tumors after lesions were given injection of tissue adhesive;hey were all success,and the hemostatic rate was 100%.The hospitalization was 7 to 10 days.There was no 1 case of rebleeding.The transfer surgery rate was 0.After 18 months of follow-up,no 1 case appeared upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and the long-term hemostatic rate was 100%.Conclusion:EBL combined with tissue adhesive injection is a brand new,safe and effective method in the treatment of Dieulafoy lesions hemorrhage.
