松动基牙放置磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复的疗效

Curative effect of loose butment placed magnetic attachment overdenture repair

目的:探讨磁性附着体应用于松动基牙覆盖义齿修复的疗效。方法:2012年3月-2013年4月收治牙列缺失或牙列缺损患者30例,采用磁性附着体对松动基牙进行覆盖义齿修复,观察修复后的牙齿松动、牙周情况。结果:修复后患者牙齿松动情况较修复前要好,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);患者的牙周情况包括牙周袋深度、龈沟出血量、龈沟液量情况较修复前要好,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用磁性附着体对松动基牙进行覆盖义齿修复,能有效改善牙周状况和牙齿松动情况,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of magnetic attachment in loose butment overdenture repair.Methods:30 patients with dentition missing or dentition defect were selected from March 2012 to April 2013.Using magnetic attachment given overdenture repair in loose butment.The gomphiasis,periodontal conditions after repair were observed.Results:After repair,the gomphiasis condition of patients was better than before repair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal condition including periodontal pocket depth,gingival sulcus bleeding loss,gingival crevicular fluid situation were better than before repair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using magnetic attachment on the overdenture repair in loose butment can effectively improve the periodontal status and gomphiasis condition.It is worth in clinical promotion.
