观察传统和微创全瓷修复在前牙缺陷美学修复中的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect of traditional, minimally invasive whole porcelain restoration in the front teeth defect esthetic restoration

目的:探讨传统和微创全瓷修复技术在前牙缺陷美学修复中的临床治疗效果,找到更具有优势的治疗方法,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法:2012年6月-2014年1月收治前牙缺陷患者70例,患牙80颗,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例,患牙40颗,采用VAS视觉模拟评系统进行评分,评价各组的美学修复满意度,采用USPHS-美国公共健康协会修正标准,评价两组治疗的优秀率,比较两组修复后6个月~2年内的成功率。结果:试验组在修复后,VAS视觉模拟评分系统评分达到(9.51±0.25)分,分值明显高于对照组,在修复牙齿的形态、边缘着色、密合度和继发龋的A级比例分别达到100%、100%、99.2%和100%。在修复后随访期间牙齿的间隙、切端的缺损情况、畸形过小牙、牙体表面缺损情况、牙着色或变色缺陷修复成功率分别达到89.4%、85.2%、83.5%、79.2%和95.1%。结论:微创全瓷修复相比较传统的全瓷修复手段而言,在前牙缺陷美学修复方面具有明显的优势,达到的美容效果好、修复成功率高、患者满意度高,综合效果明显优于传统的全瓷修复手段,具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional,minimally invasive whole porcelain restoration technology in the front teeth defect esthetic restoration,to find the treatment method with more advantages,to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods:70 patients with front teeth defect were selected from June 2012 to January 2014.80 teeth were offending teeth.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 35 cases in each,and 40 teeth were offending teeth.Using VAS visual simulation evaluation system gived a mark to evaluate aesthetic repair satisfaction of each group.Using USPHS-American public health association revised standard evaluated the treatment excellent rates of two groups.6months to 2 years after repair,the success rate of two groups were compared.Results:After repair,VAS visual simulation evaluation system score of the experimental group was(9.51±0.25) scores,and the score was obvious higher than that of the control group.A grade proportions of the repaired teeth form,edge coloring,marginal adaptation and secondary caries were respectively 100%,100%,99.2% and 100%.In the follow-up period after repair,the repair success rate of the teeth clearance,incisal defect,too little deformity teeth,tooth surface defect,tooth staining or discoloration defect were respectively 89.4%,85.2%,83.5%,79.2% and95.1%.Conclusion:Compared with traditional whole porcelain restoration,the minimally invasive whole porcelain restoration has obvious advantages on the front teeth defect esthetic restoration aspect,achieves good cosmetic result,has high success rate,high patient satisfaction.The comprehensive effect is obviously superior to the traditional whole porcelain restoration method,and it has high value in clinical application.
