四逆散合良附丸加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Si Ni San He Liang Fu Wan adjusted in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的:探讨四逆散合良附丸加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法:2012年5月-2014年5月收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予四逆散合良附丸加减治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后症状均有改善,但观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且观察组症状改善评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合良附丸加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎患者治疗效果更佳,患者的临床症状得到明显改善,提高了患者的生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Si Ni San He Liang Fu Wan adjusted in the treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group were given western medicine treatment.The observation group were given Si Ni San He Liang Fu Wan adjusted treatment.The clinical treatment effect of two groups were observed.Results:The symptoms of patients in two groups were all improved.The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The symptoms improved score of the observation group was better than that of the control group.It had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Si Ni San He Liang Fu Wan adjusted in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis has better treatment effect.The clinical symptoms of the patients are improved significantly.It improves the life quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
