小儿反复呼吸道感染82例临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of clinical curative effect of 82 cases of children recurrent respiratory infection

目的:分析小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法:2013年1月-2014年2月收治反复呼吸道感染患儿82例,分为研究组和对照组。给予对照组常规治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上给予贞芪扶正颗粒治疗,比较分析两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率92.68%明显优于对照组的75.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贞芪扶正颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染具有良好的疗效,且不良反应较少,服法方便简单,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of children recurrent respiratory infection.Methods:82 children with recurrent respiratory infection were selected from January 2013 to February 2014.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given routine treatment.The study group was given Zhen Qi Fu Zheng granule treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate 92.68% of the study group was better than 75.61% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhen Qi Fu Zheng granule has good curative effect in the treatment of children recurrent respiratory infection, and has less adverse reactions.The taking method is convenient and simple.It is worth of clinical application.
