特发性肺纤维化患者血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C与肺容积、氧分压的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者血清透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)变化,评估HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C与IPF患者肺容积、动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)的相关性。方法:用放射免疫法检测IPF患者组及对照组的血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C含量。结果:与对照组相比,IPF组血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C含量明显增高(P<0.05);肺活量占预计值百分比(VC%)及氧分压(Pa O2)显著降低(P<0.05);血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C含量与VC%(r=-0.423、r=-0.217、r=-0.47、r=-0.246,P<0.05)及(Pa O2)(r=-0.442、r=-0.235、r=-0.216、r=-0.461,P<0.05)均呈负相关。结论:血清HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C含量与肺纤维化的严重程度密切相关,HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C可作为判断病情预后以及治疗效果的辅助评估指标。 Objective:To explore the changs of serum hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN), Ⅲ type procollagen, Ⅳ type collagen(Ⅳ-C),to evaluate the correlation between HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C with lung volume,oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) of IPF patients.Methods:The serum HA,LN,PC- Ⅲ, Ⅳ -C contents of IPF patients group and the control group were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum HA,LN,PC- Ⅲ, Ⅳ -C contents of IPF group were significantly higher(P<0.05);the lung capacity percentage of expected value(VC%pred) and oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C contents and the VC%pred(r=-0.423 and r=-0.217,r=-0.47, r=-0.246,P<0.05) and (PaO2)(r=-0.442,r=-0.235,r=-0.216,r=-0.461,P<0.05) were negatively correlated.Conclusion:The serum HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C contents are closely related with the severity of pulmonary fibrosis.HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C can be used as the auxiliary evaluation indicators to judge the disease prognosis and treatment effect.
