摘要
本文分析了社区卫生服务中心工作人员应用简易血糖仪检测血糖的质量状况,并进行质量控制管理,提高血糖仪测定结果的准确性。在社区卫生服务中心内POCT血糖仪的质量管理必须统一布署,对使用血糖仪的工作人员进行规范培训,建立行之有效的质量保证体系和管理规范,落实到POCT分析前、中、后的管理中,才能保证社区卫生服务中心对本辖区人口糖尿病的监测质量。
In this paper,the author analyzed the quality situation of staff in community health service center using simple blood glucose meter for detection of blood glucose,and to give quality control management,to improve the accuracy of the determination results of blood glucose meter.In the community health service center,quality management of POCT blood glucose meter must be unified deployment,using a blood glucose meter staff must be given standardized training,to establish effective quality assurance system of norms and management,and we should implement it in the management before,during and after the POCT analysis,to ensure the quality of monitoring in the area of population.
