正常妊娠妇女不同孕期血脂变化的特点及临床意义

Clinical characteristics and significance of blood lipid changes in normal pregnancy women of different gestation period

目的:分析正常妊娠妇女不同孕期血脂变化的特点,为临床孕期保健和膳食营养指导提供依据。方法:2012年1月-2013年8月收治正常妊娠妇女361例作为观察组,分别在早孕、中孕、晚孕以及产后1~2个月测定患者血脂变化;同期健康体检的正常非妊娠期妇女234例作为对照组,比较分析两组人群的血脂含量。结果:观察组孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期的血清总胆固醇含量、甘油三酯含量、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组孕中期血清低密度蛋白胆固醇含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产褥期血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度蛋白胆固醇含量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女存在血脂升高的情况,医师需要结合其临床表现,给予保健和膳食指导,对临床优生优育有重要的意义。

Objective:To explore the blood lipid changes in normal pregnancy women of different gestation period to provide the basis for the clinical pregnancy care and the guidance of dietary nutrition.Methods:361 cases of normal pregnant women from January 2012 to August 2012 as the observation group had the detection of blood lipid changes respectively in early pregnancy,second trimester,late pregnancy and postpartum for 1~2 months.234 cases of ormal non pregnancy women were chosen as the control group with physical examination.We compared the blood lipid levels of the two groups.Results:The serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of the observation group in early pregnancy,second trimester,late pregnancy were all significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum low density protein cholesterol of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in second trimester(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the serum triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density protein cholesterol between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The pregnancy women had higher level of blood lipids and the physicians need to give care and dietary guidance combining the clinical manifestations,which was important for clinical eugenics.
