细节管理在神经外科护理工作中的应用及体会

Application and experience of details management in neurosurgery nursing work

目的:探讨神经外科护理工作中应用细节管理的方法及体会。方法:将神经外科2010年度护理工作中未应用细节管理作为对照组,而2013年度应用细节管理作为研究组,两组皆随机抽取患者500例,对比分析患者感染率与褥疮发生率。结果:研究组感染率与褥疮发生率分别为1.60%(8/500)、0.60%(3/500),对照组则分别为4.40%(22/500)、2.00%(10/500),组间对比差异虽然无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组发生率稍低于对照组。结论:神经外科护理工作中应用细节管理,在一定程度上可降低患者感染率与褥疮发生率,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the method and understand of the application of details management in neurosurgery nursing work.Methods:No application of details management in 2010 year neurosurgery nursing work was as the control group,and application of details management in 2013 year was as the study group.Two groups were randomly sampled 500 patients.The infection rate and pressure ulcer prevalence of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The infection rate and pressure ulcer prevalence of the study group were respectively 1.60%(8/500) and 0.60%(3/500).The control group were respectively 4.40%(22/500) and 2.00%(10/500).Although there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05),the incidence rate of the study group was slightly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of details management in neurosurgery nursing work can reduce the infection rate and pressure ulcer prevalence to some extent.It is worthy of reference.
