摘要
目的:分析在护理人员管理中实施人性化管理的重要性。方法:对本院护理人员实施人性化管理,分析实施人性化管理前后护理人员的工作积极性及差错发生情况。结果:通过实施人性化管理后,护理人员的工作积极性明显提高,在实施人性化管理之前护理差错发生率大约2.27%,实施人性化管理后护理差错发生率大约0.67%,实施人性化管理后护理差错发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在护理人员管理中实施人性化管理可有效提高护理人员的工作积极性,并减少护理差错,应引起护理管理者的重视。
Objective:To analyze the importance of the implementation of humanization management in nursing personnel management.Methods:The humanization management was implemented for nursing personnel in our hospital.The work enthusiasm and errors occurrence condition of nursing personnel were analyzed before and after the implementation of humanization management.Results:Through the implementation of humanization management,the work enthusiasm of nursing personnel was obviously improved.Before the implementation of humanization management,the nursing errors occurrence rate was about 2.27%. Ater the implementation of humanization management,the nursing errors occurrence rate was about 0.67% .The nursing errors occurrence rate after the implementation of humanization management was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanization management in nursing personnel management can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of nursing personnel,and reduce the occurrence rate of nursing errors.It should cause the attention of nursing administrators.
