慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核应用恩替卡韦治疗的临床效果观察

Observation of the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with entecavir

目的:观察慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核应用恩替卡韦治疗的临床效果。方法:2012年4月-2014年4月收治慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核患者60例,按照完全抽样法随机分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组应用拉米夫定治疗,研究组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察两组治疗前后的肝功能和肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果:治疗后,研究组各项肝功能指标低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组各项肝纤维化指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并肺结核能够有效改善患者肝功能,抑制肝纤维化,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with entecavir.Methods:60 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.According to the complete sampling,they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with lamivudine.The study group were given entecavir treatment.We observed the liver function and liver fibrosis indexes before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group, the liver function indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the liver fibrosis index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir treatment for chronic hepatitis B complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the liver function,inhibit liver fibrosis,and it is worth the clinical promotion.
