老年人上消化道出血198例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 198 cases of elderly patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage

目的:总结老年患者上消化道出血的临床特点。方法:2005年1月-2013年1月收治上消化道出血患者412例,其中老年组198例,非老年组214例,比较两组患者的出血原因及胃癌发生率。结果:老年组患者呕血率与伴随疾病率均高于非老年组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:老年上消化道出血患者以胃溃疡和胃癌多见,同时伴有较多的并发症,死亡率较高。

Objective:We summarized the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:412 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from January 2005 to January 2013,including the elderly group of198 cases,214 cases of non elderly group,and we compared the bleeding causes and gastric cancer incidence of the two groups.Results:The hematemesis rate and concomitant disease rate of the elderly patients were higher than those of the non elderly group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The gastric ulcer and gastric cancer were more common in patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage in the elderly,and accompanied with many complications,the mortality rate is high.
