参松养心胶囊与心律平治疗室性早搏的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and propafenone in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction

目的:观察参松养心胶囊与心律平(普罗帕酮)治疗室性早搏的疗效及不良反应。方法:将50例室性早搏患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予参松养心胶囊治疗,对照组给予心律平治疗。结果:试验组与对照组治疗室性早搏的疗效相当,试验组对症状的改善明显优于对照组,不良反应发生明显少于对照组。结论:参松养心胶囊治疗室性早搏安全、有效。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and propafenone in the treatment of premature ventricualr contraction.Methods:50 patients with premature ventricualr contraction were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were given Shen Song Yang Xin capsule for the treatment.The control group were given propafenone treatment.Results:The curative effect of experimental group and control group was quite.In the experimental group,the improvement of symptoms was significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly less than the control group.Conclusion:Shen Song Yang Xin capsule was safe and effective for treatment of premature ventricualr contraction.
