五子双母丸治疗神经性眩晕的临床观察

Clinical observation of Wu Zi Shuang Mu pill in the treatment of nerve vertigo

目的:探讨五子双母丸治疗神经性眩晕的临床效果。方法:收治神经性眩晕患者170例,随机分为对照组80例和治疗组90例,对照组给予注射用盐酸倍他司汀20 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 m L静脉输注,治疗组予以五子双母丸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组痊愈65例,好转15例,无效10例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈18例,好转17例,无效35例,总有效率50.00%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:五子双母丸治疗神经性眩晕的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wu Zi Shuang Mu pill in the treatment of nerve vertigo.Methods:170patients with nerve vertigo were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group of 90 cases and the control group of80 cases.The control group were given the betahistine dihycrochloide for injection 20 mg in 5% glucose 250 ml for intravenous infusion.The treatment group were given the Wu Zi Shuang Mu pill.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,65 cases were cured;15 cases were improved;10 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group,18 cases were cured;17 cases were improved;35 cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was 50%.Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wu Zi Shuang Mu pill in the treatment of nerve vertigo was significant.
