自拟清肝降脂汤加味治疗脂肪肝60例疗效观察

Clinical observation on 60 cases of fatty liver treated with modified treatment of self-made Qing Gan Jiang Zhi Decoction

目的:探讨自拟清肝降脂汤治疗脂肪肝疗效。方法:将120例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用自拟清肝降脂汤加味治疗,对照组采用血滞通胶囊治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率91.67%,对照组有效率78.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:自拟清肝降脂汤加味治疗脂肪肝疗效满意。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of modified treatment of self-made Qing Gan Jiang Zhi Decoction in the treatment of fatty liver.Methods:120 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with modified treatment of self-made Qing Gan Jiang Zhi Decoction;the control group were treated with blood stasis capsule,we observed the clinical curative effect.Results:In the treatment group, efficiency was 91.67% ;in the control group,efficiency was 78.33% .Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of modified treatment of self-made Qing Gan Jiang Zhi Decoction in the treatment of fatty liver was satisfactory.
