摘要
目的:探讨低钾型周期性麻痹血清钾浓度与心电图改变的关系。方法:2010年7月-2014年7月收治低钾型周期性麻痹患者300例,对照与分析其血清钾浓度与心电图改变。结果:血清钾准确率67.3%,心电图准确率89.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清钾浓度3.0~3.5 mmol/L、2.5~2.9 mmol/L、2.0~2.4 mmol/L以及<2.0 mmol/L的心电图改变发生率分别为100.0%、93.7%、77.7%、61.6%,由此可见,心电图低血钾改变发生率与血清钾浓度之间存在负相关关系。结论:心电图测定低血钾准确度更高,且患者体内血清钾浓度与心电图改变存在负相关关系。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum potassium concentration and electrocardiogram change of hypokalemic periodic paralysis.Methods:300 patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis were selected from July 2010 to July 2014.The serum potassium concentration and electrocardiogram change were compared and analyzed.Results:The accuracy rate of serum potassium was 67.3%;the accuracy rate of electrocardiogram was 89.3%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum potassium concentration was 3.0~3.5 mmol/L,2.5~2.9 mmol/L,2.0~2.4 mmol/L and less than 2.0 mmol/L;the incidence rate of electrocardiogram change was 100.0%,93.7%,77.7%,61.6%,so there was a negative correlation between the incidence rate of electrocardiogram hypokalemia change and serum potassium concentration.Conclusion:The electrocardiogram determination of hypokalemia has higher accuracy rate,and serum potassium concentration and electrocardiogram change of patients have a negative correlation.
