针对有绝对手术适应证的颅脑损伤患者,实施正确的手术方案是控制病情、保存和恢复神经功能、提高生存质量、挽救患者生命的重要治疗环节。而标准去大骨瓣手术就是一种较为有效的治疗手段,在临床治疗中得到了普遍的运用。本文主要对重度颅脑损伤的治疗方法进行分析,结合实际情况,阐述标准去大骨瓣手术的适应证及手术方法。

Aim at craniocerebral injury patients with absolute vitreoretinal surgery,implementing the correct surgical plan is a important treatment link of controling condition,preservation and restoration of nerve function,improving the survival quality and saving the lives of patients.While the standard large craniotomy surgery is an effective treatment method,which has been widely used in clinical treatment.This article mainly analyzes the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,explains the indications and surgical methods of standard large craniotomy surgery combined with the actual situation.
