摘要
目的:分析关节镜下手术治疗复发性髌骨脱位临床效果。方法:2012年4月-2014年2月收治复发性髌骨脱位患者55例,行关节镜下手术治疗,分析患者治疗效果。结果:患者术后膝关节功能明显提高,Q角显著减小(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下手术治疗复发性髌骨脱位临床疗效显著,可促进髌骨脱位复位,安全有效。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation. Methods:55 patients with recurrent patellar dislocation from April 2012 to February 2014 underwent arthroscopic surgical treatment.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:The knee function of the postoperative patients increased significantly and the Q angle decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocation had distinct curative effect and could promote patellar dislocation reset,which was safe and effective.
