复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良的疗效和安全性

The curative effect and safety of compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets in the treatment of dyspepsia

目的:观察复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法:2012年2月-2014年2月收治消化不良患者190例,作为研究对象,按照数字法分为对照组和治疗组,各95例,对照组餐后予以安慰剂,治疗组餐后予以复方阿嗪米特肠溶片,评估两组患者每天用餐情况、消化不良症状的积分以及用药后的不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组的食欲明显比对照组有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的消化不良症状积分显著低于对照组;对照组的腹胀痛、腹泻等情况明显高于治疗组;治疗组总有效率97.89%明显高于对照组的89.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗消化不良疗效显著,无明显不良反应,具有积极的临床使用和推广意义。

Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets in the treatment of dyspepsia.Methods:190 patients with dyspepsia were selected from February 2012 to February 2014 as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 95 cases in each according to the digital method.The control group were given placebo after the meal,while the treatment group were given compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets after the meal.The every day dining situations,indigestion symptoms integral and adverse reaction situations after the medication of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the appetite of patients in the treatment group was obviously increased than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indigestion symptoms integral of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The abdominal pain,diarrhea of patients in the control group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group.The total effective rate 97.89%of the treatment group was significantly higher than 89.47% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound azimtamide entieric-coated tablets in the treatment of dyspepsia has obvious curative effect,no significant adverse reactions.It has a positive significance for clinical use and promotion.
