基层医院采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of basic level hospital using laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis

目的:分析基层医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:2014年1-11月收治急性胆囊炎患者56例,根据手术方式分观察组(30例)与对照组(26例),对照组采取开腹胆囊切除术,观察组采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对比两组疗效。结果:对照组有效率65.38%;,观察组有效率93.33%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间以及手术切口长度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎,能彻底分离解剖结构、术野清晰、手术切口小,可在基层医院推广与应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy of basic level hospital in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:56 patients with acute cholecystitis were selected from January to November 2014.They were divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(26 cases) according to the operation mode.The control group used the open cholecystectomy,and the observation group used laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 65.38%;the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% ;the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and incision length of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis can completely separated anatomic structures.It has clear operation field and small incision.It can be popularized and applied in basic hospital.
