ICSI在体外受精中的临床选择

摘要 目的:探讨卵胞浆内单精子注射技术(ICSI)在体外受精中的临床选择。方法:2012年1月-2014年1月收治不孕患者55例,将其分成观察组和对照组,各25例。观察组进行ICSI受精,对照组进行常规体外受精,观察两组受精率、妊娠率以及着床率等。结果:对照组受精情况明显低于观察组,受精失败率也相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组患者的着床率、妊娠率等差异显著(61.5%vs 50.0%,66.7%vs 52.0%,50.0%vs 36.0%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对不孕患者首次进行常规体外受精时,对部分细胞采用ICSI受精方法,可直接降低受精失败风险,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical choice of ICSI in external fertilization.Methods:55 patients with infertility were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.The observation group were given ICSI fertilization,while the control group were given conventional external fertilization.The fertilization rate,pregnancy rate and implantation rate of two groups were observed.Results:The fertilization condition of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group;the fertilization failure rate was relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of implantation rate and pregnancy rate of patients in two groups were significant(61.5% vs 50.0%,66.7% vs 52.0%,50.0% vs 36.0%),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the first time in conventional external fertilization on infertility patients,using ICSI fertilization method on some cells can be directly reduced fertilization failure risk.It is worthy of clinical application.
