摘要
目的:探讨急性严重中毒的救治方法。方法:2012年1月-2014年6月收治急性严重中毒患者58例,根据中毒类型,对其实施救治。结果:通过治疗后,治愈50例,经救治无效死亡6例,放弃治疗2例(自动出院)。结论:在救治急性严重中毒患者时,应根据其APACHE和PSS评分评估患者病情危重程度,指导诊治,积极挽救患者生命、提高救治成功率。
Objective:To explore the treatment method of acute severe poisoning.Methods:58 patients with acute severe poisoning were selected from January 2012 to June 2014.They were given treatment according to the poisoning type.Results:After the treatment,50 cases were cured;6 cases were died after treatment;2 cases gave up treatment with automatic discharge.Conclusion:In the treatment of acute severe poisoning patients,the severity of illness is evaluated according to APACHE and PSS score,which guides the diagnosis and treatment,actively saves patients life and improves the success rate of treatment.
