隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation on separated mild moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法:2011年3月-2013年5月收治膝骨关节炎患者120例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各60例。观察组予以隔物温和灸治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过临床治疗后,观察组显效41例(68.3%),有效15例(25.0%),无效4例(6.7%),总有效率93.3%;对照组显效35例(58.3%),有效9例(15.0%),无效16例(26.7%),总有效率73.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另一方面,对患者进行疼痛评分后发现,观察组治疗前评分(6.95±1.28)分,治疗后评分(2.76±0.94)分;对照组患者治疗前评分(6.14±0.99)分,治疗后评分(4.32±0.96)分。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔物温和灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果比较明显,并且能够有效地减轻患者疼痛,缩短治疗时间,对患者的积极意义较大,日后可在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical of efficacy separated mild moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide the reference for the clinical treatment in the future.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from March 2011 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given moxibustion therapy,while in the control group was given routine drug treatment,then we compared the clinical effects between two groups.Results:After clinical treatment,in the observation group there were 41cases(68.3%) excellent,15 cases(25%) effective,4 cases(6.7%)invalid,and the total efficiency was 93.3%;in the control group there were 35 cases(58.3%) excellent,9 cases(15%) effective, 16 cases(26.7%) invalid, and the total efficiency was 73.3%;the difference was statistically significant between two groups,P<0.05.On the other hand,pain scores were found out that,in the observation group the score was(6.95±1.28) before the treatment,and(2.76±0.94) after the treatment;while in the control group there was(6.14 ± 0.99) before the treatment,and(4.32 ± 0.96) after the treatment;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:Separated mild moxibustion has obviously clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It can effectively reduce the pain of the patients,shorten treatment time.It has great positive significance to patients,so it can be applied in clinical treatment in the future.
