Osteoporosis is a common systemic skeletal disease.At present,there is no specific drug treatment,and the treatment principle is calcium supplement,diet regulation and exercise.We should strengthen the guidance of diet,exercise,correct calcium supplement,reasonable physical exercise,improve osteoporosis of patients from diet,exercise and other aspects.
