腰硬联合麻醉低血压、寒战的原因分析及护理

Analysis of the reason of hypotension and shivering after combined spinal epidural anesthesia and its nursing method

目的:探讨腰硬联合麻醉下剖宫产手术并发症的防治和护理。方法:2011年2月-2012年8月收治实施腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产手术患者480例,给予合理的预防和护理措施,观察其治疗效果。结果:患者出现低血压450例,出现寒战80例,出现呕吐和恶心症状110例。所有患者都通过相应的预防及护理措施,取得了良好的手术效果。结论:在对产妇实行腰硬联合麻醉的情况下,采取合理的措施,可有效减少低血压和寒战等并发症的发生。

Objective:To investigate the prevention and nursing on complications that happened in cesarean section operation with combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Methods:480 patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia for cesarean section operation were selected from February 2011 to August 2012.They were given reasonable prevention and nursing measures,and then we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:There were 450 patients occurred with hypotension,80 cases appeared chills,and 110 cases appeared vomiting and nausea.All patients were given corresponding prevention and care measures,and good operation effect was achieved.Conclusion:Taking reasonable measures in the implementation of maternal combined spinal epidural anesthesia can effectively reduce the phenomenon of complications such as hypotension and chills.
