复合式小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼的护理

Nursing of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma

目的:观察复合式小梁切除术后的护理效果。方法:2009年1月-2011年6月收治复合式小梁切除术患者96例,术后通过心理护理、眼部护理、音乐治疗,并观察前房、眼压等。结果:术后1~3 d浅前房14眼(14.6%),术后2 d一过性高眼压6眼(6.3%),术后1 d前房积血1眼,经过临床治疗及精心护理后均恢复正常。结论:复合式小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼,结合术后精心的护理,可降低手术风险,减少并发症。

Objective:To observe the nursing effect after compound trabeculectomy.Methods:96 patients with compound trabeculectomy were selected from January 2009 to June 2011.Through the psychological nursing,eye nursing,music treatment after operation,the anterior chamber and intraocular pressure were observed.Results:After operation 1 to 3 days,14 eyes(14.6%) were shallow anterior chamber.After operation 2 days,6 eyes(6.3%) were transient high intraocular pressure.After operation 1 day, 1 eye was hyphema.They recovered normal after clinical treatment and careful nursing.Conclusion:The compound trabeculectomy combined with postoperative careful nursing in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma can reduce the operation risk and reduce complications.
