硫酸氢氯吡格雷片与阿司匹林联合治疗进展型脑梗死的疗效

Effect of the plavix and aspirin combination in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的:探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷片与阿司匹林联合治疗进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法:2010年6月-2013年7月收治进展型脑梗死患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组加用硫酸氢氯吡格雷片进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治愈率和有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇显著优于对照组。结论:硫酸氢氯吡格雷片与阿司匹林联合治疗进展型脑梗死疗效显著,具有临床价值,可以大力推广。

Objective:To discuss effect of the plavix and aspirin combination in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods:90 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were selected from June 2010 to July 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with aspirin,and the observation group were treated with plavix and aspirin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The cure rate and the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,cholesterol of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of plavix and aspirin combination in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is remarkable.It has clinical significance,and it can be popularized.
