摘要
目的:探讨与早产有关的危险因素。方法:1年内收治分娩的早产产妇120例,并与同期105例足月分娩产妇进行比较,回顾分析与早产有关的危险因素。结果:导致早产的危险因素主要有孕期胎膜早破、双胎、臀先露、未做产前检查、中重度妊高症以及产前出血等。早产的新生儿发生窒息以及围产儿死亡发生率均明显高于足月分娩。结论:早产与多种孕期因素有关,其主要危险因素为妊娠合并症、胎膜早破以及孕母未做产前检查。
Objective:To investigate the related risk factors of preterm birth.Methods:120 cases of premature infants birth mothers were selected in 1 years,and 105 cases of term parturients were selected at the same period.We retrospective analyzed the risk factors of preterm birth.Results:The main risk factors of premature birth:the pregnant maternal premature rupture of membranes, twins,breech presentation,did not do antenatal examination,in severe pregnancy induced hypertension and antepartum hemorrhage and so on.Asphyxia and perinatal death rate of the premature newborns were significantly higher than that of full-term.Conclusion:The preterm birth related to various factors during pregnancy.The major risk factors are complications of pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes and maternal without prenatal examination.
