苯那普利联合祛风除湿中药治疗慢性肾脏病3期风湿内扰证的临床疗效以及安全性评估

Clinical efficacy and safety assessments of banazapril combined with qufengchushi traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3 endorheumatism syndrome

目的:探讨苯那普利联合祛风除湿中药治疗慢性肾脏病3期风湿内扰证的临床疗效以及安全性。方法:2008年5月-2012年7月收治原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者78例,按照数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,对照组予以苯那普利,观察组在此基础上联合祛风除湿中药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.44%显著优于对照组87.18%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.13%明显低于对照组10.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用苯那普利联合祛风除湿中药治疗慢性肾脏病3期风湿内扰证可以起到良好的保护肾作用,缓解肾衰程度,临床治疗有效率比较高,安全可靠,患者容易接受,是值得临床使用和推广的有效方法。

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety assessments of banazapril combined with qufengchushi traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3 endorheumatism syndrome.Methods:78 patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis were selected from May 2008 to July 2012.According to the figures they were divided into the observation group and the control group,39 cases in each.The control group received benazepril,on the basis of the control group,the observation group joint qufengchushi traditional Chinese medicine.Total efficiency of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%, which was better than the control group 87.18% ,and there was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.13% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than the incidence in the control group was 10.26% ,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using banazapril combined with qufengchushi traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3 endorheumatism syndrome can protect the kidney and alleviate the degree of renal failure.Clinical treatment is more efficient,safe and reliable,and easily accepted by patients.It is worth clinical using and promoting.
