电子阴道镜诊断宫颈疾病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease

目的:分析电子阴道镜对宫颈疾病的诊断价值。方法:2013年6月-2014年6月收治宫颈疾病患者160例,按照检查项目不同分为研究组和对照组。研究组行电子阴道镜检查,对照组行巴氏涂片检查。将两组检查结果分别与组织病理学作比较,对比诊断准确率。结果:对照组诊断总准确率70.12%,研究组诊断总准确率84.17%。研究组诊断总准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子阴道镜对宫颈疾病的诊断价值较大,诊断准确率较高,操作简便,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of electronic colposcope in cervical disease.Methods:160 cases of patients with cervical disease from June 2013 to June 2014 were divided into the research group and the control group according to the inspection project.The research group received electronic colposcope inspections and the control group received pap smear.Both of the test results in the two groups were compared with histopathology respectively.The diagnostic accuracy was compared. Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 70.12% ,and that of the research group was 84.17% .The diagnostic accuracy of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The value of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical disease was larger and had high diagnostic accuracy, which was simple,safe and reliable.It was worth promoting.
