溶血现象对临床生化检验项目影响的观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。方法:2014年1月-2014年8月收治健康体检者300例,采血5m L平均分配至2支试管中,1支常规处理送检,1支人工溶血送检,统一质控标准,由检验科医师采用双盲法筛查指标异常者。结果:溶血标本ALT、AST、LDH、K+、CHOL水平高于正常标本,ALP水平低于正常标本,正常组异常率7.33%低于溶血组的85.00%,正常率92.67%高于溶血组的15.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常标本与溶血标本TG、BUN、Cr、GLU、UA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:溶血可影响ALT、AST、LDH、K+、CHOL等多项血液生化指标结果;未进行人工溶血,常规检查,仍存在检验差错;应提高血液生化检验质控水平。 Objective:To investigate the influence of hemolysis phenomenon on clinical biochemistry tests.Methods:300 healthy subjects were selected from January 2014 to August 2014.They were taken 5 mL blood averaged into 2 tubes.One teams with conventional treatment and then inspected;another were inspected after artificial hemolytic,unified the standard of quality control, then screen abnormality index by the physician with abnormal double blind method.Results:The levels of ALT,AST,LDH, K+, CHOL in hemolysis specimens were higher than normal specimens,while the ALP level lower than the normal specimens;the abnormal rate of the normal group was 7.33% lower than that of the hemolytic group which was 85%,and the normal rate was 92.67% higher than of the hemolytic group which was 15%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while,the level of TG,BUN,Cr,GLU and UA had no statistically different between the normal specimens and the hemolytic samples(P>0.05). Conclusion:Hemolytic can influence a number of blood biochemical index such as ALT,AST,LDH,K + and CHOL etc;regular check without artificial hemolysis still exist inspection errors;so we should improve the level of quality control in blood biochemical inspection.
