宫颈癌患者血清肿瘤标记物水平变化及意义

Changes of serum tumor markers in patients with cervical cancer and its significance

目的:探讨胚胎抗原(CEA)、CA242、CA199在宫颈癌中变化及临床应用价值。方法:2013年1月-2014年1月应用化学发光法测定80例宫颈癌患者及80例健康者对照血清CEA、CA242、CA199水平,分析3种肿瘤标记物对宫颈癌的临床诊断价值。结果:宫颈癌组血清CEA、CA242、CA199水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且随着患者临床分期的增加,CEA、CA242、CA199水平显著增加,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CEA、CA242、CA199水平对宫颈癌具有一定的诊断价值,且其水平受患者临床分期的影响。

Objective:To study the change of embryonic antigen(CEA),CA242 and CA199 in cervical cancer and its clinical value. Methods:80 cases of cervical carcinoma and 80 healthy control were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.Their serum CEA,CA242 and CA199 level were detected application of chemiluminescence method,then we analyzed the clinical diagnosis value of 3 tumor markers for cervical carcinoma.Results:The level of serum CEA,CA242 and CA199 in the cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and with the increase of clinical stage,the level of CEA,CA242 and CA199 increased,with statistically significant between each two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum CEA,CA242 and CA199 has a certain value in diagnosis of cervical cancer,and its level can be affected by clinical stages.
