Application of C-reaction protein in pediatric infectious diseases

目的:探讨血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化在儿科临床上的应用价值。方法:采用免疫比浊法检测102例儿科患者血清中CRP的动态变化,同时进行白细胞计数,以判断儿科患者感染的程度、疗效及预后。结果:观察组各种疾病的CRP检测值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),102例患儿中,CRP阳性98例,阳性率94.1%;白细胞水平升高94例,阳性率78.4%(P<0.05)。结论:CRP检测有助于儿科临床感染疾病的辅助诊断,判断疾病程度及评价治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the application value of the changes of Serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in pediatric clinical. Methods:We used the immune turbidimetry method to detect the changes of serum CRP in 102 cases of pediatric patients,and counted the white cell at the same time,in order to determine the infection extent,curative effect and prognosis of pediatric patients. Results:The CRP detection of various diseases of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).In 102 patients,98 cases were CRP positive,and the positive rate was 94.1%;94 cases with elevated levels of white blood cells,and the positive rate was 78.4% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of CRP is helpful for auxiliary diagnosis in pediatric clinical infectious diseases,determine the disease extent and evaluation the treatment effect.It has higher value of clinical application.
