加强基层医院微生物检验工作的探究

Strengthen the research on microbial inspection work in grass-roots hospital

近些年来,医院感染病例以及耐药菌株的规模性出现,临床微生物检验工作的重要性逐渐凸显。基层医院的微生物检验工作不仅要为临床诊断提供相应数据,也能指导医生对抗生素的使用,时刻监测内部感染扩散状况。为此,本文通过对基层医院微生物检验工作的必要性与现状进行分析,提出相应优化措施。

In recent years,with the scale emergence of hospital infection and drug-resistant strains,the importance of clinical microbiological inspection gradually highlight.Microbial inspection work in grass-roots hospital should not only provide relevant data for clinical diagnosis,but also to guide antibiotics use dose in clinical,constantly monitoring the internal spread of infection status.Therefore,in this paper we proposed the corresponding optimization measures,through analysis of necessity of grass-roots hospital microbiological inspection and the present situation.
