摘要
目的:探讨营养状况分析与护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭重症患者营养状况、临床疗效的影响。方法:2011年10月-2013年10月收治老年慢性心力衰竭重症患者82例,给予对照组常规重症心衰护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上用全程饮食护理干预,比较两组营养状况、住院时间及病死情况。结果:两组患者接受不同干预措施后,观察组发生营养不良13例,明显高于对照组的23例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病死8例,对照组病死18例,病死率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在营养状况分析的基础上给予老年慢性心衰重症患者针对性的全程饮食护理干预,可有效改善患者营养状况、缩短住院时间、降低病死率,从而改善患者生活质量和预后。
Objective:To investigate the influence of nutritional status analysis and nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe chronic heart failure in clinical effect and nutritional status.Methods:82 elderly patients with severe chronic heart failure were selected from October 2011 to October 2013.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention for severe heart failure.Patients in the observation group were given whole diet nursing intervention based on routine nursing intervention. Then we compared the nutritional status,hospitalization time and mortality between two groups.Results:After received different intervention,there were 13 cases of malnutrition in the observation group,significantly higher than that in the control group with 23 cases,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average length of stay in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);8 patients of the observation group were died, while 18 cases died in the control group,and the difference in mortality rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving full diet nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe chronic heart failure based on nutritional status analysis can improve the nutritional status of patients,shorten the time of hospitalization,and reduce the mortality rate,so as to improve the life quality of patients and the prognosis of the patients.
