心理护理干预对老年肿瘤术后患者抑郁影响的临床研究

Clinical study on the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression in elderly patients with tumor after operation

目的:探讨心理护理干预对老年肿瘤术后患者抑郁治疗的临床效果。方法:2012年8月-2014年5月收治肿瘤手术治疗后患者60例,随机分为对照组和护理干预组,各30例。两组在手术前后均进行常规护理。护理干预组在常规护理的基础上对患者实施全程心理护理干预。对老年肿瘤术后患者利用老年抑郁量表进行分析研究。结果:护理干预组在护理人员对其实施心理干预后,患者的抑郁评分值下降非常显著,对照组的抑郁评分值则改变不太明显。结论:护理人员对患者进行心理护理干预后能明显降低患者的抑郁症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression in patients with the treatment of senile tumor after operation.Methods: 60 cases of tumors after surgical treatment from August 2012 to May 2014 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing intervention group with 30 cases each.In the two groups,routine nursing were performed before and after surgery.On the basis of that,the nursing intervention group were given psychological nursing intervention.The geriatric depression scale was used to analyze in elderly patients after surgical operation. Results: After the psychological intervention nursing,the depression score value of the nursing intervention group decreased significantly, and the change of depression score values of the control group was not obvious.Conclusion:After the nursing, psychological intervention of nursing staff on patients can significantly lower the incidence of depression in patients.
