摘要
目的:本文探讨了神经外科护理工作中存在的危险因素及其预防措施。加强神经外科护理工作中危险因素的预防,可提高本科室护理人员风险意识与业务水平,同时能改善护患关系,提高护理质量,对于降低护理风险,改善护理质量有着积极的意义,值得重视。
In this paper,the author investigated the existence of the risk factors and prevention measures in department of neurosurgery nursing.To strengthen the prevention of risk factors in department of neurosurgery nursing can raise the risk consciousness and service level of the nursing staff, improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the quality of nursing.It has a positive meaning to reduce nursing risk occurs and improve the quality of nursing,so it is worthy of attention.
