洛阳市涧西区《出生医学证明》管理现状

Management current situation of 'born medical certificate' of Jianxi district,Luoyang city

目的:了解洛阳市涧西区《出生医学证明》管理现状,探讨管理细则,提高《出生医学证明》管理水平。方法:通过计算机信息系统导出2013年洛阳市涧西区各级助产机构首次签发与区卫生局补发、换发的《出生医学证明》数据,与助产机构、区卫生局填报的《出生医学证明》管理使用情况年度统计表核对后,对签发情况进行分析。结果:2013年涧西区《出生医学证明》首次签发率98.80%,废证率0.42%。结论:2013年涧西区《出生医学证明》管理规范,首次签发率和废证率符合洛阳市规定标准,但应进一步落实管理细则,降低补证率、换证率。

Objective:To understand the management current situation of 'born medical certificate' of Jianxi district,Luoyang city, to explore the management rules,to improve the management level of 'born medical certificate'.Methods:2013 'born medical certificate' date of the first time issued in midwifery institutions at all levels and the reissue,renewal of district health bureau in Jianxi district,Luoyang city.The data were checked with manage annual usage statistics of 'born medical certificate' by midwifery institutions and district health bureau,and the district health bureau was analyzed.Results:The first time issued rate of 2013 Jianxi district 'born medical certificate' was 98.80%,and the waste card rate was 0.42%.Conclusion:The manage of 2013 Jianxi district 'born medical certificate' is standard,and the first time issued rate and waste card rate is accordance with Luoyang city standard rate,but it should further implement the management rules,and reduce the reissue rate and replacement rate.
