4种抗生素治疗下呼吸道感染的药学效果分析

Analysis of pharmaceutical effect of 4 kinds of antibiotics in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨4种治疗下呼吸道感染的抗生素方案的效果。方法:2013年1-12月收治下呼吸道感染患者120例,并根据治疗方法将其随机分为A、B、C、D 4组。A组给予头孢曲松钠治疗;B组给予头孢唑肟钠治疗;C组给予左氧氟沙星治疗;D组给予阿奇霉素治疗。对4组患者的治疗效果及不良反应进行分析。结果:4组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢曲松钠、头孢唑肟钠、左氧氟沙星及阿奇霉素治疗下呼吸道感染均具有较高的临床效果,可从中选择相应的治疗药物。

Objective:To explore the effects of 4 kinds of antibiotic solutions in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods:120 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected from January to December 2013.According to the treatment methods,they were randomly divided into A,B,C,D 4 groups.A group was given ceftriaxone sodium treatment;B group was given ceftizoxime sodium treatment;C group was given levofloxacin;D group was given azithromycin treatment.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of patients in 4 groups were analyzed.Results:The treatment total effective rates and the incidence rates of adverse reactions of patients in 4 groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ceftriaxone sodium, ceftizoxime sodium,levofloxacin and azithromycin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection all have high clinical effect. We can choose the corresponding treatment drug.
