无痛人流术后并发症的防治分析

Analysis of the prevention and treatment of painless artificial abortion postoperative complications

目的:分析无痛人流术后并发症的防治方法与效果。方法:2012年8月-2014年8月收治无痛人流患者4 800例,回顾性分析临床资料,总结分析术后并发症的防治措施及效果。结果:4 800例无痛人流患者术后并发症主要有出血(5.48%)、粘连(1.65%)、感染(1.02%)、子宫穿孔(0.44%)等,予以对症处理后,皆得到明显控制。结论:无痛人流术后并发症较多,为此要加强术后并发症对症防治,才能提高临床疗效,保障患者早日康复。

Objective:To analyze the methods and results of the prevention and treatment of painless artificial abortion postoperative complications.Methods:4800 patients with painless artificial abortion were selected from August 2012 to August2014.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The methods and results of the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications were summarized and analyzed.Results:In 4 800 patients with painless artificial abortion,the postoperative complications mainly had bleeding(5.48%),synechia(5.48%),infection(1.02%),uterine perforation(0.44%) and so on.They received obvious control after giving symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The painless artificial abortion postoperative complications are many,therefore strengthening symptomatic prevention and treatment of postoperative complications can improve the clinical curative effect,and guarantee the recovery of patients.
