温针配合康复运动治疗中风后肌痉挛40例的临床疗效

Warm needling combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy in 40 cases of muscle spasm after stroke

目的:探讨温针配合康复运动缓解中风后肌张力增高的治疗效果。方法:将80例中风后肌张力增高患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组应用温针治疗,对照组应用普通针刺治疗,两组患者同时配合康复运动疗法,治疗1次/d,10次为1疗程,休息2 d,继续下一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。采用Ashworth量表评定肢体痉挛状态,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法评定肢体运动功能水平,采用Barthel指数评分评定患者日常生活能力。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:温针配合康复运动治疗可有效缓解患者中风后肌张力增高以及对肢体功能改善有显著疗效,且优于单纯针刺联合康复运动。

Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of warm needling combined with rehabilitation exercise alleviate hypermyotonia after stroke.Methods:80 patients with post-stroke hypermyotonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group used needle warming therapy,and the control group used conventional acupuncture treatment.At the same time,the two groups patients combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy.They were treated for 1 time/d.10 times were 1 course of the treatment,rest 2 d,then continue to the next course of the treatment,and they were treated for a total of 3 courses.We used Ashworth scale to evaluate the limb spasticity;we used the Fugl-Meyer scoring system to evaluate the limb movement function level;we used the Barthel index score to evaluate the ability of daily life.Results:After the treatment,the Ashworth score,Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index scores of the patients in the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise therapy can relieve patients with post-stroke hypermyotonia effectively and the improvement of limb function has obvious curative effect,and it is superior to that of simple acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise.
