复方血栓通胶囊对稳定期慢阻肺血栓前状态的影响

Effects of fufang xueshuantong capsules on the prethrombotic state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stationary phase

目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)血栓前状态的影响。方法:将60例稳定期COPD患者依就诊顺序分成对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组行舒利迭吸入剂50μg/500μg,1吸/次,2次/d。试验组在此基础上加服复方血栓通胶囊,1.2 g,3次/d,疗程1个月。观察两组治疗前后血纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、总同型半胱氨酸(THCY)和血气分析的变化。结果:治疗后,两组血FIB、D-D、THCY均降低,Pa O2升高,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组较对照组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组Pa CO2下降,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊能显著改善稳定期COPD的血栓前状态,改善缺氧,降低二氧化碳潴留。

Objective:To observe the effect of fufang xueshuantong capsules on the prethrombotic state of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stationary phase.Methods:60 patients with stationary phase of COPD were in turn divided into the control group and the reseach group.The control group were treated with Seretide 50/500 μg,1 suction/time,bid.On the base of the control group,the treatment group were given fufang xueshuantong capsules 1.2 g,tid,for 1 month.The FIB,D-D,THCY and blood gas of the two group were observed and analyzed.Results:After the treatment,the FIB,D-D,THCY of the two group were decreased significantly,the Pa O2 increased significantly(P<0.01).The changes of fingers in the treatment group were obviously than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was difference of Pa CO2 in the treatment group between before and after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Fufang xueshuantong capsules could chang the prethrombotic state in stationary phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve anoxia and reduce carbon dioxide retention.
