补中益气颗粒联合抗生素预防普外科手术切口感染疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Bu Zhong Yi Qi granule combined with antibiotic in the prevention of general surgery operative incision infection

目的:观察补中益气颗粒联合抗生素预防普外科手术切口感染的临床疗效。方法:收治普外科手术患者40例,随机分为两组,每组20例。治疗组给予补中益气颗粒联合抗生素,对照组给予抗生素治疗,疗程7 d。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.7%和86.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气颗粒联合抗生素预防普外科手术切口感染疗效明显,起效时间快,住院时间明显缩短,临床上值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi granule combined with antibiotic in the prevention of general surgery operative incision infection.Methods:40 patients with general surgery operation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Bu Zhong Yi Qi granule combined with antibiotic,and the control group was given antibiotic treatment.The treatment course was 7 days.Results:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 96.7% and 86.7% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bu Zhong Yi Qi granule combined with antibiotic in the prevention of general surgery operative incision infection has obvious curative effect;the onset time is fast;the hospitalization time is shortened obviously.It is worthy of promotion.
