乌蛇解毒丸配合白及膏治疗掌跖角化病60例的临床疗效

The clinical effect of Wu She Jie Du pill combined with Bai Ji Gao in the treatment of palmoplantar keratoderma in 60 cases

目的:观察乌蛇解毒丸配合白及膏治疗掌跖角化病的临床疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将60例掌跖角化病患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组使用乌蛇解毒丸6 g,2次/d口服,治疗组在使用乌蛇解毒丸基础上加用白及膏适量,2次/d外用。观察两组的临床症状及皮损面积。连续治疗4周后,评定疗效。结果:治疗组显效8例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效5例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组显效病例数优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:乌蛇解毒丸配合白及膏治疗掌跖角化病疗效优于单用乌蛇解毒丸。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wu She Jie Du pill combined with Bai Ji Gao in the treatment of palmoplantar keratoderma.Methods:Using random parallel control method,60 patients with palmoplantar keratoderma were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each according to the ballot method.The control group was used Wu She Jie Du pill 6 g,2 times one day oral.The treatment group was added using appropriate Bai Ji Gao on the basis of Wu She Jie Du pill,2times one day external use.The clinical symptoms and skin lesion area of two groups were observed.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Results:In the treatment group,8 cases were excellent;19 cases were effective;3 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group,5 cases were excellent;19 cases were effective;6 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 80.00%.The excellent cases number of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of Wu She Jie Du pill combined with Bai Ji Gao in the treatment of palmoplantar keratoderma was better than that of single using Wu She Jie Du pill.
